The Silo
One of the most ornamental architectural features on the property, the silo is a historical landmark that identifies the land as a lasting legacy. Currently, a large osprey nest is boasted on the very top and is perfectly visible. Lifetime nesters, these beautiful fishers provide a snapshot of entertainment.
The Water
With its priceless views, Fort Loudoun Lake is one of the main advantages of the Osprey Point properties. You’ll get a glimpse of water from just about anywhere, whether it be Fort Loudoun Lake or Poland Creek. There’s over a mile of illustrious waterfront. You have access by boat to UT football games and downtown Knoxville – or as far away as the Gulf of Mexico.
The Stable & Pasture
The stable has been restored graciously and is nicely prepared for incoming horses – equipped with washing stalls and a manager’s office. Alongside the barn are refined training facilities and the lush pasture, surrounded by gorgeous scenery.
The Pond
A treasure-trove of relaxation, the larger, natural pond entertains a variety of wildlife – including ducks and waterfowl – and sits quietly between two hills near lot nine, known as Wildflower. It’s the ultimate spot to stop with a picnic basket of wine and cheese, or simply take a leisurely stroll.
The Pier & Pavilion
A stretch of land on Poland Creek has been reserved for a community fishing and swimming pier, where you can quietly drop a line, dive into the creek or cast off on a water excursion. A pavilion is provided for large family gatherings or delightful neighborhood celebrations.
The Trail
A picture-perfect walking trail spans the entirety of the property. The trail is a beautiful recycling of wood chips, collected from unhealthy timber sitewide. The views from the trail include vast woodlands, rippling Poland Creek, Fort Loudoun Lake, the peaceful pond, the pier and pavilion, and many more distinguished sights.
